Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fruit Culinary Artist located in Mangalore. The Fruit Culinary Artist will create visually appealing fruit arrangements, design innovative culinary displays, and collaborate with the team to introduce new culinary techniques. The role also involves ensuring the freshness and presentation of fruits, preparing fruit-based dishes, maintaining cleanliness of the workstation, and demonstrating exceptional food preparation skills. Moreover, the Fruit Culinary Artist will work closely with the operational team to ensure timely execution of tasks and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creativity, artistic fruit arrangement, and food styling
• Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and multitask efficiently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Prior experience in food presentation, culinary preparation, or similar roles
• A keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics
• Passion for fruits, food design, and culinary arts
• Culinary education or certifications are a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to different challenges on-site
