Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Frontline Manager based in Bhopal. The Frontline Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets. Day-to-day tasks include setting performance goals, overseeing sales processes, providing guidance to team members for customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role also involves organizing and participating in training sessions to enhance team capabilities and driving overall business success.

• Strong sales and business development skills to achieve targets
• Leadership, team management, and motivational skills to guide and manage a diverse workforce
• Customer relationship management skills for exceptional service delivery
• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of life insurance products; prior industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage a multi-tasking environment
