Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
- Preparation of Monthly Bills & Reconciliation : Long term and merchant billing and reconciliation with PTC INDIA LTD / HPSEBL. Balance sheet finalization, Bond hedging.
2 Ind AS entries in financials , 1st level Review of financials & monthly MIS
- 1st level review of timely statuary payments & compliances like Service tax , TDS ,GST Payment & Returns.
- Fixed Assets Process: Asset code Generation, Asset capitalization, Depreciation posting etc.
- PR release in system
- Checking and authorization of all vouchers in SAP
- Assistance in various audits i.e. Statutory Audit, Tax audit, Internal Audit, Stock audit etc.
- Assistance in Budget preparation , Budgetary MIS ,Advance tax working etc.
- Assisting in Regulatory related issues by providing required Data: CERC, HPERC
- Sale invoicing
- Assist in finalisation of financials
- Day to day accounting, Balance sheet finalization as per , hedging bond
