KRA1

1. Operations:
Arrange for tonner filling

1. Co-ordinate with marketing departments to make tonners available
2. Supervise monitor and review the tonner testing
3. Monitor control parameter during tonner filling
4. Co-ordinate with security department to release the trucks for filling

KRA2

2. Tonner upkeep and maintenance:
Monitoring of tonner painting and hydraulic testing

1. Monitor tonner painting and maintenance as per condition of tonners
2. Arrange resources/materials for tonner painting
3. Monitor and certify the work
4. Spare the equipments for maintenance
5. Spare the equipment for calibration
6. Check the accuracy of load
7. Manage recycling of tonner wash water and Control gas nascence and leakage in plant

KRA3

3. Statutory Compliance:
Compliance to statutory requirements

1. Monitor condition of tonner and rejection as per statutory demands
2. Communicate & inform superior in case of tonner rejection
3. Facilitate inspection of chlorine storage tank by third party

KRA4

4. System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM):
Adhere to safety & statutory environmental requirements

1. Strictly adhere to safety norms & safe operational procedures
2. Strictly adhere to OHSAS & SA 8000 norms
3. Implement IMS, WCM and sustainability practices
4. Handle emergency situations like Liquid Chlorine leakages etc. under Disaster Management activities
5. Train the team to comply with these norms
6. Maintain process systems having zero accident

5. Customer Service
Follow directives and meet customer needs

1. Meet internal and external customer needs & take timely action on the same
2. Make final product dispatch as per customer requirement
