Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Frontend Web Developer with 26 years of experience in developing, enhancing, and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with a solid understanding of web standards, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Development & Implementation
- Develop responsive and interactive websites using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Convert UI/UX designs, mockups, and wireframes into clean, functional code.
- Build reusable and maintainable frontend components.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
2. Styling & Frameworks
- Implement modern layouts using Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS.
- Customize themes and UI components based on project requirements.
- Maintain consistency in branding and design standards.
3. Performance & Optimization
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Improve page load times and overall user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices including semantic HTML and structured data basics.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or related field.
- 26 years of hands-on experience in frontend web development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with Bootstrap and/or Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with jQuery for DOM manipulation and event handling.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of responsive frameworks and mobile-first design.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
