Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Web Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance websites. The ideal candidate will lead frontend initiatives, ensure best practices in UI/UX implementation, and drive the adoption of modern web technologies while mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advanced Web Development & Implementation
- Lead the development of complex, responsive, and interactive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Translate advanced UI/UX designs, prototypes, and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
- Build modular, reusable, and scalable frontend components and libraries.
- Ensure consistent visual and functional quality across multiple browsers and devices.
2. Frontend Architecture & Performance
- Define frontend architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Optimize web applications for speed, responsiveness, and performance under high traffic.
- Conduct code profiling, debugging, and performance audits to identify bottlenecks.
- Implement advanced SEO optimization techniques, including structured data and semantic HTML.
3. Frameworks, Libraries & Modern Tools
- Expert-level experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
- Deep knowledge of jQuery and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, Angular) is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in frontend web development for enterprise-grade projects.
- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and responsive web design.
- Extensive experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.
- Proficiency in jQuery and modern JavaScript frameworks is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha).
- Familiarity with progressive web apps (PWAs) and single-page applications (SPAs).
- Understanding of server-side rendering and frontend optimization for large-scale apps.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments
