You will be working in an agile team comprising the marketing team, UX/VD members, and senior leadership where decisions are made collaboratively. You will be working on a rebranding project with a fixed but achievable deadline.
The Role
We are seeking a Front-End Engineer to uplift our web pages to align with new branding guidelines, representing a significant change for the business. As part of the process, you will be building out a Design System.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using CSS, HTML, and Vue.js, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance architecture and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and debug issues, and conduct thorough testing to ensure smooth functionality.
What Do I Need to Be Successful
Technical and Interpersonal
- Passionate about web development and enjoy creating amazing customer experiences.
- Work in a structured, logical way and avoid jumping into new tech without fully understanding it.
- Experience building applications used by a large number of external users and handling associated challenges.
- Familiarity with working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Bonus: Open source contributions, blogging, or participation in meetups.
The Technical Stuff
Must-Have
- Vue.js
- Strong understanding of client-side technologies (JavaScript/ECMAScript, CSS).
- CSS3 (SASS/LESS), HTML5.
- Testing frameworks (e.g., Vitest, Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).
Preferred
- Nuxt.js, TypeScript.
- Node.js.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and be an active contributor.
