Job Title: Frontend UI Developer - React.js

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Frontend UI Developer with strong experience in React.js to build modern, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing user-facing features, optimizing application performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js

Build reusable, scalable UI components and libraries for future use

Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code

Collaborate with backend teams for API integration (REST/GraphQL)

Optimize application performance, load time, and scalability

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices

Debug and resolve UI/UX issues across multiple platforms

Participate in code reviews and contribute to design discussions

Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar

Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Hands-on experience with React.js and modern React features (Hooks, Context API)

Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)

Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)

Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON-based services

Experience in writing unit tests and debugging applications

Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Experience with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript

Familiarity with frameworks like Next.js

Knowledge of UI libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, Bootstrap)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of web performance and security best practices

Experience:

3-8 years of frontend development experience

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in React.js

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / related field

(or equivalent practical experience)

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice-to-Have (Optional):

Experience in micro frontend architecture

Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG standards)

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

Prior experience in financial or enterprise applications
