Frontend Technical Lead / Architect

• Role: Frontend Technical Lead / Architect.
• Experience: 10–15 Years.
• Location: Chennai.
• Work Mode: Hybrid.

Key Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Frontend Technical Lead / Engineering Lead roles.
• Strong experience in Frontend Architecture, Component-Based Architecture, Design Systems, and Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Good understanding of Module Federation, Redux Toolkit, React Query, Zustand, Context API.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets and frontend performance optimization.
• Hands-on exposure to Vite, Webpack, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress / Playwright.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms – Azure / AWS.
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, OWASP, WCAG and ARIA.
• Strong experience in technical leadership, architecture discussions, code reviews, mentoring and stakeholder management.

Good to Have:

• Storybook, Nx Monorepo, TurboRepo.
• Figma / Adobe XD.
• AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
• Experience in Product Engineering and building reusable Design Systems.
