Position: Frontend Specialist / Senior Frontend Engineer

Role Summary
Lead frontend development for recruitment module, focusing on user experience, performance, and accessibility. Design frontend architecture and mentor engineers in modern frontend practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement frontend architecture for various modules
- Lead development of responsive, accessible user interfaces with React/Vue/Angular
- Optimize frontend performance, loading times, and user experience
- Implement state management solutions and data fetching patterns
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and cross-browser compatibility
- Develop reusable component libraries and design system contributions
- Conduct frontend code reviews and mentor junior frontend engineers
- Collaborate with product and design teams on UI/UX implementation
- Implement advanced frontend patterns (lazy loading, caching, optimization)
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance issues
Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of frontend development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience with state management (Redux, Vuex, Context API, etc.)
- Proficiency with frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Vitest, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing component libraries or design systems
- Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWA) and offline capabilities
- Understanding of backend APIs and integration patterns
- Experience with accessibility testing and screen readers
