Role and Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, responsive web applications with a focus on performance and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, backend development, and Quality Assurance (QA) to deliver robust solutions.
- Convert business requirements into scalable technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, TypeScript, React JavaScript Library (React.js), and Redux.
- Maintain code quality through regular code reviews and thorough unit testing.
- Build and sustain automated User Interface (UI) testing using tools like Playwright.
- Guide and mentor junior developers while promoting best practices in frontend development.
- Improve application performance and uphold high standards of accessibility and responsiveness.
- Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills And Experience
- 8+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development.
- Demonstrate expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on with React.js and Redux frameworks.
- Write UI test automation scripts using Playwright or similar frameworks.
- Utilize modern frontend build tools and practices, such as Webpack and Babel.
- Understand RESTful APIs and manage seamless frontend-backend integration.
- Apply strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities across complex applications.
- Communicate effectively and present technical ideas with clarity.
