Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Lead to join our customer's team in Hyderabad. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and development of innovative, user-centric web applications. Your leadership will drive seamless integration between design and development, ensuring digital experiences that are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional UI/UX development team to deliver high-quality web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Design, prototype, and iterate interface solutions using wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web interfaces utilizing React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution from design through to code implementation, maintaining design consistency and usability.
- Integrate with backend RESTful APIs and manage data flows with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and web performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading UI/UX projects with hands-on expertise in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated proficiency in wireframing and prototyping user interfaces.
- Strong working knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and RESTful API integration.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear and effective collaboration.
- Ability to translate user needs and business objectives into innovative design solutions.
- Solid understanding of design systems, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
- Experience managing and mentoring UI/UX teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in leading UI/UX efforts within agile development teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating transformative user experiences and measurable business impact.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
