About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer with strong expertise in Angular and React to design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will drive frontend architecture, mentor development teams, and deliver exceptional user experiences across large-scale digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Angular (12+) and React JS.
- Design and build reusable UI components and frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
- Ensure application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Lead code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technology roadmap planning.
Required Skills
- 6-12 years of frontend development experience.
- Strong expertise in Angular (12+) and React JS.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Redux, RxJS, and State Management.
- Strong knowledge of REST API integration.
- Experience in responsive and mobile-first design.
- Hands-on experience with Webpack, NPM, Git, and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Next.js and Angular Universal.
- Frontend performance optimization expertise.
- UI testing using Jest, Cypress, Selenium.
- Exposure to AI-powered applications, Conversational AI, or Generative AI solutions.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
