Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced
Front End Engineer (UI) to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade user interfaces for critical BFSI applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Angular (10+), JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS, along with a strong understanding of building secure, scalable, and high-performance UI solutions for financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex, high-traffic web applications using Angular 10+, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Architect scalable UI frameworks and reusable components aligned with enterprise standards.
- Translate complex BFSI business requirements into intuitive, robust user experiences.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, backend engineers, UX designers, and QA teams.
- Ensure UI applications meet security, compliance, accessibility (WCAG), and performance standards required in BFSI.
- Drive best practices in coding standards, UI architecture, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce quality benchmarks.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize rendering performance, and ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
- Stay current with front-end trends, frameworks, and BFSI technology standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Front End / UI development.
- Strong, proven expertise in Angular (v10 or above) for large-scale applications.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience designing responsive, modular, and component-based UI architectures.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, data binding, state management, and UI performance tuning.
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
BFSI Domain Experience
- Mandatory or highly preferred : Extensive experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance projects.
- Strong understanding of financial workflows, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and security requirements.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as digital banking portals, trading platforms, insurance systems, loan management, dashboards, or reporting platforms.
Good To Have
- Exposure to UI/UX design systems and modern UI libraries.
- Experience with web security best practices (XSS, CSRF, authentication flows).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
- Prior experience in technical leadership or module ownership roles.
