Cogniflix Artificial Intelligence Pvt Ltd (Mindflix AI) is building the next generation of AI-powered personalisation and engagement systems across voice, conversational interfaces, and real-time intelligence. Our platform combines Generative AI, deep learning, and scalable backend infrastructure to enable human-like interactions at production scale.

We are looking for a hands-on Frontend Engineer with full-stack capabilities to build responsive, scalable and data-intensive web applications.

Mindflix AI is currently based in Bangalore and is being built with a global outlook, including a Singapore company structure to support international expansion, enterprise partnerships, and future growth.

You will work closely with product, design, AI and backend teams to develop dashboards, conversational interfaces, analytics systems and client-facing applications.

The role is primarily frontend-focused but requires the ability to understand and contribute to backend integrations where necessary.

• Build responsive and scalable web applications using React.
• Develop reusable components and maintain consistent frontend architecture.
• Convert product and design requirements into functional user interfaces.
• Build data-heavy dashboards, charts, reports and analytics interfaces.
• Manage complex application state using Redux, Zustand or similar tools.
• Integrate frontend applications with APIs, authentication systems and real-time services.
• Contribute to backend services using Python, Node.js or Go where required.
• Improve application performance, accessibility, responsiveness and browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging and production troubleshooting.
• Work with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain frontend documentation and contribute to design-system standards.
• Take ownership of assigned features from development through deployment and validation.

• 2–4 years of frontend or full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with state-management tools such as Redux or Zustand.
• Working experience with at least one server-side language: Python, Node.js or Go.
• Experience integrating REST APIs or similar backend services.
• Experience with Git workflows, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Prior experience building data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, charts, reports or administrative panels.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Experience building data-heavy React interfaces, including dashboards, charts, reports and administrative panels.
• Experience with Next.js or another React-based framework.
• Experience with charting libraries such as Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js or ECharts.
• Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time applications.
• Experience with frontend testing tools.
• Understanding of authentication, role-based access and multi-tenant applications.
• Exposure to AI-powered products or conversational interfaces.
