Role: Front End Engineer India (Reporting to US Product Lead)
Location: India (Remote / Hybrid, with overlap to US time zones)
About NeuronERP
NeuronERP is redefining how enterprises run their operations by combining Oracle ERP systems with cutting-edge AI/ML automation. We are an early-stage, high-velocity team building a category-defining product, and we are looking for front end engineers in India who can turn complex enterprise workflows into simple, intuitive, and performant user experiences.
You will be part of our India-based engineering team and work closely with our US Product Lead and backend team to ship polished, production-grade front end features that customers love.
What you will own
- Implement and maintain front end features for NeuronERP's web applications based on the roadmap and specs from the US Product Lead.
- Translate product requirements and user stories into clean, reusable UI components and pages.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs, AI/ML outputs, and Oracle ERP data into a seamless UX.
- Work with back end engineers to Integrate AI Agents to the UI. Display charts, tables and other data analytics in the front end UI.
- Own the UI layer for modules like AI Consultant, P2P, O2C, and reporting dashboards.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to UX decisions with a developer's perspective.
- Ensure responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessible interfaces.
- Help build and maintain a front end design system / component library for consistency and speed of development.
- Profile and optimize front end performance for complex enterprise data and workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and improve front end engineering standards, tooling, and processes for the India team.
The skills you bring
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 25 years as a front end / full stack engineer building production web applications (B2B SaaS or enterprise products preferred).
- Strong proficiency in React (or a similar modern framework like Vue/Angular, with willingness to work in React).
- Experience with TypeScript or modern JavaScript (ES6+), front end state management, and component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with front end build tools and workflows (Webpack/Vite, npm/yarn, etc.).
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and at least one modern styling approach (Tailwind, CSS Modules, styled-components, etc.).
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working closely with backend teams.
- Ability to take a Figma / design mock / written spec and turn it into a working, production-grade UI.
- Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with a US-based Product Lead (Slack, tickets, docs) and joining overlapping calls a few times per week.
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail; you care about the last 10% of polish.
- Bonus: Experience with data-heavy UIs, dashboards, or enterprise workflows; experience with AI/ML products or Oracle/ERP is a plus.
What success looks like:
- NeuronERP's front end feels fast, intuitive, and consistent across modules.
- The US Product Lead and backend team trust you to own end-to-end implementation for UI features.
- Features and UI changes ship predictably and with minimal regressions.
- Customer demos clearly showcase the value of our AI and ERP integrations because the UI is clean and understandable.
- Over time, you help us establish reusable patterns and a design system that speeds up new feature development.
Benefits (India)
- Flexible work setup with remote/hybrid options and overlapping hours with the US team as needed.
- High ownership role with direct access to senior product and technical leaders.
- Fast growth trajectory with opportunities to evolve into Front End Lead or UI/UX-focused leadership as the team scales.
