Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Frontend Engineer with a strong understanding of front-end web development and a passion for continuous learning and growth. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands-on WordPress experience, including expertise with popular plugins and page builders. This role requires a proactive, naturally curious individual who is comfortable troubleshooting, updating, building and enhancing WordPress websites while adhering to industry standards, including ADA compliance.
Skills
- Comfortable working in WordPress CMS versions 6.5+ (Gutenberg, Elementor, Classic Editor)
- Knowledgeable and familiar with CSS to make styling tweaks to already-built websites
- Knowledgeable and familiar with common WordPress JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap, magnificent pop-up, slick slider)
- Familiarity with ADA compliance standards and tools / methods to address violations
Responsibilities
- Frontend Troubleshooting & Development: Diagnose and resolve layout and functionality issues. Build widgets and templates for predefined mock-ups
- Integration Implementation and Troubleshooting: Implement Form-to-CRM integrations and help troubleshoot if needed
- Template Development & Updates: Customize and update page builder templates and layouts using Elementor
- Accessibility Improvements: Identify and address ADA compliance issues to ensure websites meet accessibility standards
- Plugin and Upgrade Management: Manage, update, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins and core updates to ensure optimal site performance and security

- 2-5 years of WordPress experience
- 2+ years of experience with the following plugins (Elementor, Gravity Forms, Advanced Custom Fields PRO)
- Other CMS Experience a plus (Shopify, BigCommerce, Square)
Note: This role is based out of Gurugram, Haryana, India and hybrid mode of work. We work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
