Role Overview
We are looking for a Frontend Developer who can build pixel-perfect, design-heavy dashboards and digital-twin UIs based on detailed Figma designs. You will work on high-complexity enterprise screens such as charger monitoring, device analytics, diagnostics, real-time alerts, and configuration interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert complex Figma designs into high-quality, responsive user interfaces
- Build advanced UI modules including digital-twin/3D-style layouts
- Develop real-time monitoring dashboards with live data updates
- Create charger and device management screens with detailed control interfaces
- Build notification and alert panels with real-time triggers
- Develop multi-module power and energy visualization components
- Create reusable, modular, and scalable UI components
- Maintain pixel-perfect design accuracy across all device sizes
- Work with React.js (preferred) or Vue/Angular for frontend development
- Implement global state management using Redux, Zustand, or Recoil
- Integrate REST APIs and WebSockets for real-time communication
- Ensure code structure is modular, clean, and maintainable
- Build and manage complex layouts using Flexbox and CSS Grid
- Optimize UI rendering performance for heavy dashboard workloads
- Ensure smooth transitions, animations, and user interactions
- Follow frontend best practices, coding standards, and participate in code reviews
- Ensure accessibility compliance and responsive design principles
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers for accurate implementation of Figma screens
- Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and real-time data streams
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and engineering syncs
Technical Skills
- Strong React.js experience (preferred)
- Excellent command over JavaScript / TypeScript
- Deep understanding of CSS, SCSS, Tailwind & responsive layouts
- Expertise in converting Figma Pixel-perfect production UI
- Strong understanding of: Component-driven architecture, State management, API & WebSocket integration, Layout systems (Grid, Flexbox)
Bonus Skills
- Experience with charting libraries (Recharts, ECharts, D3.js)
- Experience building complex dashboards or IoT interfaces
- Familiarity with Framer Motion / GSAP animations
- Knowledge of performance optimization for heavy UI interfaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional frontend development experience
- Portfolio/GitHub/UI samples are mandatory
- Hands-on experience with detailed Figma designs
- CS/IT degree preferred (not mandatory for exceptional talent)
