Designation : Frontend Developer

Must : (React.js + Next.js + AI-Driven Mindset)

We are hiring a Frontend Developer with 2 to 3+ years of experience who can take ownership of frontend development, understands backend ecosystems, and leverages AI effectively while maintaining strong core engineering fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

Build scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js

Translate product requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code

Optimize applications for performance, SEO, and responsiveness

Collaborate with backend and design teams to deliver end-to-end features

Own features from development through deployment

Core Requirements

2 to 3+ years of experience in frontend development

Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js including SSR, SSG, and App Router basics

Solid understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript ES6+

Experience with API integration including REST and GraphQL

Good knowledge of state management and component architecture

Familiarity with modern tools such as Git, Tailwind or similar frameworks, and testing libraries

Understanding of performance optimization including Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, and code splitting

AI and Developer Mindset

Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot effectively

Strong coding and debugging skills without dependency on AI

Clear understanding of logic, structure, and best practices behind generated code

Uses AI to enhance speed and quality while maintaining independent thinking

Candidate Profile

Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and frameworks

Proactive and ownership-driven approach

Strong problem-solving and requirement understanding skills
