Frontend Developer

Role: Frontend Lead Developer React / Next.js / Micro-Frontend / Azure

Duration: Fulltime

Location: Hybrid-Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend architecture to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, leadership experience, and hands-on implementation skills in cloud platformsspecifically Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead frontend development efforts for enterprise-scale applications using React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend frameworks.

Drive architectural decisions, code quality improvements, and best-practice adoption.

Collaborate with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Build highly performant, responsive UIs with React and Next.js (SSR, ISR, SSG).

Develop modular, reusable components and libraries.

Design and implement Micro-Frontend architectures for large distributed systems.

Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend solutions.

Deploy and manage frontend apps on Azure Cloud (App Services, Storage, CDN, DevOps, Pipelines).

Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD setup and monitoring.

Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high test coverage.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

Guide the team through solutions, planning, estimations, and sprint execution.

Support stakeholder communication and technical decision-making.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with Micro-Frontend architecture (Module Federation, Webpack, Single-SPA, etc.).

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, UI component libraries.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and frontend security.

Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure Cloud.

Knowledge of performance optimization & accessibility compliance.

Tools & Frameworks

Git, Azure DevOps, Webpack, Babel.

Testing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress.

Soft Skills:

Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Ability to lead a team and drive end-to-end delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with design systems and UI architecture.

Knowledge of backend fundamentals (Java/Spring Boot) is a plus.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
