Role Overview

Trianz is building a next-generation AI-native enterprise platform as part of its broader agentic digital transformation vision. This is not a traditional frontend engineering role focused on maintaining UI layers — this is about architecting and building the frontend experience for a modern, AI-native enterprise application with conversational and agentic UX patterns at its core.

We're looking for a founding-caliber Frontend Engineer to help design and build the frontend foundation powering this platform.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You will be an early member of a fast-moving organization working alongside senior AI engineers and UX designers, building highly interactive, performant, and AI-native user experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys ownership, and wants to build modern frontend systems from the ground up in a startup-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend(React JS) Architecture & Application Development

• Define and implement the frontend stack and overall application architecture
• Build the frontend for a modern AI-native enterprise application
• Design scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend systems using modern web technologies
• Develop frontend experiences optimized for conversational and agentic workflows
• Build responsive and enterprise-grade user interfaces with high usability and performance standards

Enterprise Frontend Engineering

• Implement mature frontend application capabilities including feature flags, user analytics, internationalization, and scalable UI patterns
• Build frontend systems capable of handling real-time and streaming data interactions
• Develop interactive visualizations and data-driven user experiences
• Ensure frontend systems meet enterprise-level scalability and maintainability expectations

Product & Platform Integration

• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and UX designers to integrate AI-native workflows into the application experience
• Contribute to reusable frontend platform capabilities across the Concierto ecosystem
• Support rapid experimentation and product iteration in an evolving AI platform environment

Collaboration & Ownership

• Take end-to-end ownership of frontend architecture and development
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams
• Drive rapid iteration in a high-ownership, startup-style engineering culture

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Minimum 2+ years working within product companies
• Experience building mature, enterprise-grade frontend applications at scale
• Strong ownership experience building frontend systems end-to-end

Frontend Engineering Expertise

• Strong expertise with TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and scalable UI systems
• Experience handling streaming data and real-time frontend interactions
• Strong experience building interactive visualizations and data-rich interfaces
• Ability to define and implement complete frontend architecture independently

Enterprise Product Experience

• Experience building enterprise frontend applications with feature management, analytics, internationalization, and scalable UX patterns
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and enterprise usability requirements
• Exposure to enterprise-grade frontend security and authentication workflows is preferred

AI-Native & Modern UX Exposure

• Experience building conversational, AI-native, or agentic frontend experiences is highly preferred
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted UX patterns and interactive AI workflows is advantageous
• Backend or full-stack exposure is a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in modern frontend ecosystems and application design patterns
• Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture and frontend platform engineering

Mindset & Fit
