At Thinknovaa, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it's an open collaboration program designed for aspiring frontend developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to build modern web interfaces, strengthen your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.
What You'll Do
Build Real Interfaces: Create modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications.
Develop Web Pages: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build structured, interactive, and visually engaging web pages.
Create Responsive Designs: Ensure websites and applications work smoothly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Build Interactive Features: Implement navigation, forms, animations, components, interactions, and other frontend functionality.
Work with Modern Frameworks: Build interfaces using technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or other modern frontend frameworks.
Integrate APIs: Connect frontend applications with REST APIs and external services to display and manage dynamic data.
Optimize Performance: Improve website loading speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Debug & Test: Identify and fix UI issues, browser compatibility problems, and frontend bugs while ensuring a consistent user experience.
Collaborate & Deploy: Work with the team on real projects, use Git/GitHub for version control, and gain exposure to deploying frontend applications.
Who You Are
Passionate about frontend development and eager to learn—no specific degree required.
Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
Familiar with responsive web design and basic UI/UX principles.
Have a basic understanding of web browsers, DOM, APIs, and frontend development concepts.
Bonus points: If you know React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, TypeScript, Git/GitHub, or have previously built websites or frontend projects.
Curious, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable asking questions, solving problems, and experimenting with new ideas.
