Role Overview
As a Frontend Developer at SRV Media, you will build, optimize, and maintain web interfaces, landing pages, dashboards, and internal tools used by clients, teams, and campaigns. This role blends engineering discipline with design sensitivity.
You'll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, performance marketers, and backend developers.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development & UI Engineering
- Build responsive, pixel-accurate user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Develop modern frontend applications using React.js
- Convert Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready code
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first performance
- Optimize pages for speed, accessibility, and SEO
Performance & Quality
- Improve page load times, Core Web Vitals, and runtime performance
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable components
- Debug UI issues and ensure consistent behaviour across devices
- Follow frontend best practices, version control, and code standards
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work with designers to maintain visual and interaction consistency
- Collaborate with backend teams for API integration
- Support performance marketing teams with conversion-optimized landing pages
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and real usage
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience as a Frontend Developer / UI Developer
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Solid understanding of responsive design and browser behaviour
- Experience working with Git / version control systems
- Ability to translate design intent into precise UI execution
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks
- Familiarity with Next.js or SPA architecture
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and frontend performance metrics
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics implementation
- Experience building internal dashboards or marketing tools
