We are looking for a Front-End Developer to build fast, scalable, and polished user experiences across Scry AI's web applications and product surfaces.
Role Overview
As a Front-End Developer, you will own the implementation of high-quality interfaces that make complex enterprise workflows feel simple and intuitive. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship responsive, accessible, and performance-optimized experiences for products like Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, design-aware, and comfortable delivering production-grade UI at speed.
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development and UI Implementation
- Build responsive, pixel-accurate UI based on Figma designs and product requirements
- Develop reusable components and front-end architecture for scale and consistency
- Integrate UI with backend APIs and services, handling states, errors, and edge cases
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent behavior across devices
Performance, Quality, and Reliability
- Optimize performance (load time, rendering, bundle size) for modern web applications
- Write clean, maintainable code with strong attention to UI quality and consistency
- Implement unit/component tests and participate in code reviews to maintain standards
- Debug UI issues and improve stability across complex workflows and data-heavy screens
Collaboration and Product Delivery
- Work with designers to translate user flows into elegant interaction patterns
- Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and improve developer experience
- Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery timelines
- Document components, patterns, and implementation decisions for team alignment
Security, Accessibility, and Best Practices
- Follow secure front-end practices and ensure safe handling of user inputs and sessions
- Implement accessibility best practices (semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, ARIA)
- Maintain UI standards for enterprise-grade usability and trust
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 25+ years of experience building modern web applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with React (preferred) or equivalent modern frameworks
- Experience working with REST APIs (and familiarity with GraphQL is a plus)
- Strong understanding of state management patterns and component-driven development
- Comfort with Git, code reviews, and structured development workflows
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver within timelines
Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js, performance tooling, and modern build systems
- Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries (Tailwind, Material UI, etc.)
- Experience building dashboards, workflow apps, or enterprise SaaS products
- Basic knowledge of backend concepts (auth, caching, pagination, observability)
