About the Role:
You'll work primarily on React and Next.js projects for international clients — translating Figma designs into fast, accessible, and maintainable interfaces. Expect a mix of greenfield builds and long-running engagements, close collaboration with designers and backend engineers, and meaningful ownership over the frontend decisions on your projects.
Requirements
Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js, including concepts such as Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and dynamic routing
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with modern styling solutions such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar frameworks
- Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of state management approaches like Redux, Zustand, or Context API
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable code practices
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Working knowledge of performance optimization techniques and basic SEO principles
- Strong grasp of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development
- Some familiarity with server-side JavaScript using Node.js or related frameworks would be a plus.
- Comfortable with Git and standard PR / code review workflows
- Basic understanding of databases like MySQL

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications in React.js and Next.js
- Translate Figma designs into clean, reusable, component-based UIs
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers on contracts and data flow
- Optimize for Core Web Vitals, runtime performance, and SEO where applicable
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain our frontend coding standards
- Debug and resolve issues across browsers, devices, and deployment environments
- Stay current with the React/Next.js and Nodejs ecosystem and bring useful ideas into how we build
- Troubleshoot and debug code to ensure the smooth operation of the application
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful integration of the application with other systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in web technologies and best practices
- Assisting with the testing and maintenance of software applications.
- Converting video, audio, written, and graphic components into compatible formats for the web application.
- Using user feedback to identify and correct problems with a client's software applications.
- Using low code tools for creating custom software applications using JavaScript.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
