Key Responsibilities:
- Convert Figma designs into modular, maintainable UI components
- Build, document, and maintain reusable components for design systems
- Integrate components into shared libraries such as Storybook or Bit
- Ensure high design fidelity and consistent visual implementation
- Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to align UI with UX
- Optimize components for performance and scalability across platforms
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with React and React Native
- Proficient in translating Figma designs into high-quality frontend code
- Experience with Storybook, Bit, or similar component documentation tools
- Solid understanding of component-driven development and design systems
- Excellent grasp of CSS-in-JS, styled-components, or other styling methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and design precision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a shared component library
- Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices (a11y)
- Background in working within agile and collaborative environments
