About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled React.js Developer to build and enhance interactive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern UI development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
o Lead the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
o Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
o Develop robust, scalable, and secure applications using Java and Spring Boot.
2. Collaboration and Leadership:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers.
o Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
o Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
3. Performance and Optimization:
o Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
o Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs.
o Conduct performance tuning, improvement, and load testing.
4. Best Practices and Standards:
o Ensure adherence to software development best practices, standards, and guidelines.
o Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
o Implement and enforce coding standards and guidelines.
5. Testing and Deployment:
o Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
o Participate in the deployment process, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
6. Documentation:
o Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
o Document application changes, development processes, and dependencies.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Java development
Hands-on experience as a Frontend/React Developer.
Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit / Context API.
Familiarity with React Hooks, functional components.
Good understanding of component lifecycle, performance optimization, and responsive design.
Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
Experience with UI libraries (Material UI / Ant Design / Bootstrap / Tailwind)
Basic knowledge of Node.js or backend APIs
