Frontend Developer (React.js & Next.js)

TCS is Hiring for -Full Stack Developer (Java + React.js)

Experience : 7 to 12 years

Location : Chennai

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• Deep expertise with frameworks like React (Next.js, Remix), and microfrontend tooling.
• Strong understanding of performance, security, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience working in distributed monorepo or federated repo setups.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1Lead the architecture and evolution of our microfrontend platform, enabling domain-based feature teams to deliver independently.

2 Define standards for app coordination, shared libraries, routing, and runtime integrations.

3 Design and implement mechanisms for shared state management, version control, and safe rollout of microfrontends.

4 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other senior frontend engineers.

5 Collaborate with Platform teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and observability. Work with stakeholders across Product, Design, and Content to ensure consistent user experience. Represent frontend technical leadership across cross-functional projects.
