The Opportunity

We're looking for a Frontend Developer (0–3 years) who enjoys building intuitive, elegant and high-performance user experiences.

AI is transforming how software is built. As coding becomes increasingly AI-assisted, we believe the role of frontend engineers is evolving beyond simply writing code. The greatest impact will come from simplifying complex business workflows, creating exceptional user experiences and building products that people genuinely enjoy using.

We're not looking for someone who can simply implement designs—we're looking for someone who can shape how enterprise software is experienced.

You'll work closely with Product, UX, Engineering and AI teams to build enterprise applications that are intuitive, scalable and delightful to use. You'll also contribute to our in-house design system and component library, helping establish a consistent experience across our platform.

What You'll Do

• Build modern enterprise web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop intuitive, responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Work with our in-house design system and component library to create consistent user experiences.
• Transform complex business workflows into simple, elegant and intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, Backend and AI teams.
• Build reusable frontend components and shared UI patterns.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Review, refine and productionize AI-assisted code.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in Frontend Development.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
• Good understanding of component-based application architecture.
• Strong interest in UX, usability and interaction design.
• Ability to think from the user's perspective and simplify complex workflows.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Redux, tanstack query, Unit Testing and Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity, ownership and willingness to learn modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Good to Have

Experience or exposure to any of the following is a plus:

• Responsive Web Design
• Accessibility (WCAG)
• Performance optimization
• Real-time web applications
• Figma or similar design tools
• AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot or Windsurf.
