Frontend Developer

We are looking for a talented and passionate Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in Shopify, React.js, and WordPress. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web storefronts, custom themes, and dynamic web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

•      Design, develop, and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

•      Build and maintain Shopify storefronts including product pages, collections, and checkout flows.

•      Integrate third-party Shopify apps and APIs to extend store functionality.

•      Optimize Shopify stores for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

•      Develop headless Shopify solutions using Shopify Storefront API and Hydrogen framework.

•      Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

•      Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

•      Develop SPAs (Single Page Applications) and SSR/SSG applications using Next.js.

•      Write clean, well-documented, and tested code following best practices.

•      Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints into React applications.

•      Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.

•      Build custom post types, taxonomies, and Gutenberg blocks.

•      Integrate WooCommerce for e-commerce functionalities.

•      Ensure WordPress websites are fast, secure, and SEO-friendly.

•      Troubleshoot and debug WordPress performance and compatibility issues.

•      Translate UI/UX designs from Figma or Adobe XD into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.

•      Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of all web interfaces.

•      Collaborate with the backend team on API contracts and data structures.

•      Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.

•      Follow agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

•      2–5 years of professional experience in frontend development.

•      Strong proficiency in Shopify theme development (Liquid templating, Shopify CLI, Dawn theme).

•      Solid experience with React.js and the broader React ecosystem (Hooks, Router, Next.js).

•      Working knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin development.

•      Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

•      Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

•      Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub/GitLab.

•      Understanding of web performance optimization techniques and Core Web Vitals.

•      Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).

•      Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.

•      Experience with Shopify Hydrogen and Oxygen (headless commerce).

•      Familiarity with GraphQL and Shopify Storefront API.

•      Exposure to PHP for WordPress backend customization.

•      Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

•      Experience with testing libraries such as Jest or React Testing Library.

•      Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express for API integrations.
