Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for our web applications using , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting new technologies and frameworks to enhance application performance and the development process.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in software development and agile methodologies.

Professional Expertise

6 to 8 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise frontend technologies.
Proficiency in frontend development using React, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with backend development in Python, framework Flask/Django is an added advantage.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in SQL and MongoDB.
Strong understanding of Git and experience with CI/CD practices, ideally with Azure DevOps pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Candidates based in Pune, ready to join at the earliest, will be preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
