Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, accessible UI components and pages using React.js or Angular, ensuring pixel-perfect fidelity and high performance across browsers and devices.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints; manage client-side state using Redux or framework equivalents (NgRx).
- Optimize application performance (bundle size, lazy loading, code-splitting) and improve perceived load times for complex SPAs.
- Write unit and integration tests for components and UI flows; maintain a reliable CI/CD pipeline for front-end deployments.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate designs into reusable component libraries and design-system patterns.
- Maintain code quality with linting, type safety (TypeScript), code reviews, and automated testing; proactively refactor legacy front-end code.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience building production SPAs with React.js or Angular
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Deep familiarity with HTML5 and modern CSS3 (including responsive layout techniques and pre-processors)
- State management experience using Redux or NgRx
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows
- Practical knowledge of front-end build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Babel) and version control (Git)
Preferred
- Node.js familiarity for tooling and full-stack collaboration
- Experience with MongoDB or other document databases (MERN context)
- Test frameworks such as Jest or Cypress for unit and E2E testing
