Role: Senior Front End Engineer

Job description

We are looking for someone with:

1. Understanding of front-end/UI design methodologies
2. Working experience working with React
3. Knowledge with React paradigms
4. Good understanding of business requirements and ability to identify flaws when reviewing the codebase
5. Strong and demonstrable problem-solving abilities
6. Curiosity and passion about new technologies
7. Troubleshooting skills

Ideally (but not restrictive) you should have:

1. Demonstrable experience with React and Redux
2. Good knowledge of restful APIs
3. Experience with websockets and eventual consistency
4. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Rollup, Lerna
5. Experience with Typescript
6. Experience with unit tests
7. Experience with branching strategies in Git and as well as Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery practices
8. Experience working in agile environments

Nice to haves:

1. Experience with Next.js
2. Experience in Scrum and agile methodologies
3. Experience with JIRA
4. Web/Graphic Design Skills will be considered an advantage
