About The Role
We are seeking a Frontend Developer specializing in HTML and CSS to support high-impact AI training and evaluation projects. This role involves collaborating with leading AI organizations to enhance the quality, accuracy, and usability of AI-generated frontend outputs. Your expertise will help refine AI responses related to frontend structure, styling, layout, and UI best practices, ensuring the generation of clean, accessible, and production-ready frontend code. You will work closely with a highly skilled team to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI responses, contributing directly to the development of more reliable and user-friendly AI systems.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3, including semantic markup and modern layout techniques such as Flexbox and Grid. A good understanding of responsive design principles, mobile-first development, and cross-device compatibility is essential. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), ARIA basics, and inclusive UI practices is required. The candidate should have the ability to review and critique frontend code for clarity, structure, and adherence to best practices. An interest in contributing to the improvement of large-scale AI systems and foundational models is highly valued. Basic knowledge of frontend workflows and design-to-code translation is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Annotate and review AI-generated frontend responses focused on HTML and CSS to enhance correctness, structure, and visual clarity.
- Evaluate markup and styling solutions for semantic correctness, maintainability, and compliance with modern web standards.
- Assess AI-generated layouts for responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Analyze UI implementations for consistency, spacing, typography, color usage, and alignment with design best practices.
- Provide detailed feedback on common issues such as improper semantics, inefficient CSS, layout breakages, or accessibility gaps.
- Assist in training AI models by reviewing frontend-related prompts and rating the quality of generated solutions.
