About the Role:

We are looking for a Front End Developer to build and Lead frontend feature development and architectural decisions. Design scalable solutions, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers. You will play a key role in designing unique experiences for the end users.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of production experience with React and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and state management
• Experience designing and building scalable, reusable component-based applications
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and frontend build tooling
• Solid understanding of databases (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization
• Proven ability to lead features and collaborate cross-functionally
• Exposure to backend API architecture and willing to use AI assisted tools to build backend

Key Responsibilities

• Lead feature development from design to deployment, develop components required to scale
• Make architectural decisions for frontend applications
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and frontend performance at scale
• Drive adoption of best practices across the frontend codebase
• Maintain high standards of code quality, unit testing, and documentation
• Use product thinking mindset with to solve business and tech problems
• Monitor systems, debug production issues, and ensure uptime of critical services
• Work closely with product, frontend, & data teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Proven ownership of features from design to deployment
• Identify and address technical debt while maintaining a healthy codebase
• Mentor junior engineers and drive code quality standards
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to accelerate development workflows

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech / wealth management / mutual funds domain
• Experience with Next.js App Router and server components
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Track record of mentoring or leading small teams
• Understanding of compliance, KYC, and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK)
