Faxtor (www.faxtor.in) builds custom ERP and CRM software for Indian SMEs — sales

automation, operations tracking, workflow management, and more. We work across multiple

industries including manufacturing, real estate, education, lending, and export businesses.

We don't resell off-the-shelf tools. We build things that actually fit the way a business works —

fast, on a proprietary delivery platform we've built in-house.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain UI using Next.js, React, and JavaScript
• Style with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Material UI depending on the project
• Convert wireframes, prototypes, or written requirements into working, responsive pages
• Integrate with backend APIs and handle data rendering, forms, and validations
• Fix bugs, optimize performance, and maintain code across multiple live client projects at once
• Work directly with backend developers and the client-facing team to get flows right — flag issues instead of guessing

You're the Right Fit If...

• You're comfortable across React, Next.js, and vanilla JavaScript — not just one framework
• You can style cleanly with Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material UI without over-engineering
• You've worked on real, live products — not just personal projects or bootcamp work
• You can take a rough wireframe or written requirement and build the right thing without needing every detail spelled out
• You're comfortable working across multiple projects and industries at once
• You communicate clearly enough to flag problems early, not after the client notices

Backgrounds that fit well:

• Frontend developer at a software services or product company
• Full-stack developer who's spent most of their time on the frontend
• Freelancer with solid production experience across React/Next.js projects
