About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Front End Developer with strong expertise in modern web technologies, API integration, backend orchestration, automation platform enablement, and UI/UX engineering. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable, high-performance applications and collaborating across engineering, DevOps, product, and design teams to deliver robust digital solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of frontend architecture, development best practices, SDLC processes, and modern tooling ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Build reusable UI components and frontend frameworks using modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
API Integration & Backend Orchestration
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and backend systems.
- Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and data flows.
- Handle authentication, authorization, and secure data exchange mechanisms.
- Implement orchestration logic between frontend applications and backend services/platforms.
Automation Platform Enablement
- Enable integrations with automation/workflow platforms and enterprise systems.
- Support process automation initiatives by building UI workflows and connectors.
- Collaborate with platform engineering teams to improve automation capabilities.
UI/UX Engineering
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Maintain consistency through design systems and component libraries.
DevOps, Tooling & SDLC
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
- Participate in release management, code reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
- Improve engineering productivity through tooling, automation, and development standards.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 6+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
- React.js / Angular / Vue.js
- Experience with:
- REST APIs & GraphQL integration
- State management libraries (Redux, Zustand, NgRx, etc.)
- Component-driven development
- Responsive and adaptive UI design
- Familiarity with:
- Node.js ecosystem
- Authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, SSO)
- API orchestration and middleware concepts
- Automation platforms and workflow tools
DevOps & Tooling
