esDesign System & Frontend Developme

• ntConvert Figma design-system assets into reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components using React, Vue, Angular, or similar framework
• s.Develop and maintain component libraries and design-token workflow
• s.Ensure pixel-perfect implementation with high design fidelit
• y.Write clean, testable, and well-documented cod

e.UX Research & Product Desi

• gnConduct user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluation
• s.Analyze research findings and translate insights into actionable requirements and success metric
• s.Create user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specification

s.Accessibility, Performance & Quali

• tyEnsure compliance with WCAG accessibility standard
• s.Build responsive, mobile-first, and cross-browser compatible interface
• s.Optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, and maintainabilit
• y.Participate in code reviews and promote frontend best practice

s.Collaboration & Delive

• ryWork closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, QA teams, and stakeholder
• s.Align design intent with technical implementation and project timeline
• s.Drive projects from concept to release while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraint

Required Skills & Qualificati

• ons3–4 years of experience in UX/UI Design and Frontend Developme
• nt.Strong proficiency in React, Vue, Angular, or similar modern frontend framewor
• ks.Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScri
• pt.Experience with SASS/LESS and modern frontend development practic
• es.Expertise in Figma and design-to-development workflo
• ws.Experience building and maintaining Design Systems, Design Tokens, and Component Librari
• es.Strong understanding of User Research methodologies and UX best practic
• es.Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey ma
• ps.Deep knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and responsive design principl
• es.Experience with frontend performance optimization and cross-browser compatibili
• ty.Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Lucky Orange, or similar analytics too
• ls.Proficiency with Git/GitHub, JIRA/Azure DevOps, and Confluen
