Job Overview
As a Frontend Developer at BimaKavach, you will be responsible for building intuitive, engaging, and highly performant user interfaces for our insurance platform. You will translate design mockups and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and responsive code, ensuring an exceptional user experience across all devices. This role requires a strong command of modern frontend technologies and a passion for crafting pixel-perfect UIs that are both functional and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic and responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build complex user interfaces and reusable components with React.js.
- Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering, static site generation, and optimized performance.
- Manage application state effectively using Redux.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and implement engaging user experiences.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the frontend codebase.
- Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in React.js and Next.js.
- Experience with Redux for state management.
- Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Experience with consuming RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
