Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Web Frontend Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development of our web-based personal loan service. Currently, our service is available only on native app, but we are expanding to web to provide a seamless experience for our users.

As a Senior Web Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, and optimizing our web application, ensuring it is scalable, fast, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in India and Korea, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build high-performing client code that is fast, testable, scalable, and high quality.
• Drive strong collaboration with other engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on great solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable frontend components.
• Optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to code reviews and documentation, and take on complex bug fixes.
• Work with the product team to define and execute new features.
• Debug and resolve issues to improve application stability.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Solid understanding of the modern frontend ecosystem, including bundling, linting, testing, and releasing.
• Strong understanding of frontend application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience building frontend applications at scale.
• Experience working in Agile software development methodologies.
• You strive to write clean, maintainable, and long-lasting code.
• Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
• Experience in responsive design and cross-platform web development, including desktop, mobile, and in-app web views.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Next.js
• Familiarity with Storybook for UI component development.
• Experience with Zustand, Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing Core Web Vitals
