About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces while collaborating closely with design and backend teams. You will play a key role in transforming design concepts into scalable, maintainable, and efficient frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Manage application state using Redux and Zustand, based on product requirements.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, modular, and well-structured frontend code.
• Optimize components and pages for maximum performance across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and enhance overall product architecture.
• Evaluate technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and actively participate in design review discussions.
• Write reusable components and contribute to shared frontend libraries for scalable development.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and upgrade existing systems for improved performance and reliability.
• Adhere to best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and CI/CD workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices, and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building modern web applications using React.js.
• Solid understanding of state management concepts using Redux and/or Zustand.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and front-end/back-end integration.
• Clear understanding of component architecture, React Hooks, and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Git and standard version control workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science (mandatory).
• Minimum 13 years of hands-on experience in frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade web applications.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, design patterns, and development workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage tasks independently.
• Good communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Preferred candidates: IIT graduates.
