Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive, high-performance websites and web apps using ReactJS, Next.js, and modern frontend stacks (TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
- Design intuitive UI/UX flows in Figma and Framer, creating prototypes that align with user needs and brand vibe.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, v0.dev, GitHub Copilot) for vibe coding—rapidly iterating on creative concepts with AI-assisted code generation.
- Collaborate on end-to-end website development, from wireframing to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs (e.g., for supply chain dashboards).
- Optimize for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility; conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to design systems, component libraries, and creative experiments to elevate our product's visual storytelling.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years in ReactJS frontend development, with a portfolio of live websites (links required in application).
- Proven UI/UX design proficiency: Expert in Figma (advanced prototyping) and Framer (motion/interactions).
- Hands-on experience with vibe coding AI tools for fast prototyping and code generation.
- Creative mindset: Ability to ideate visually compelling designs that solve real user problems in supply chain/sales tech.
- Strong portfolio showcasing website projects (e.g., e-commerce, dashboards, landing pages).
- Familiarity with state management (Redux/Zustand), animations (Framer Motion), and deployment (Vercel/Netlify).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI/ML-integrated UIs or startup environments.
