About the Role
We are looking for a Frontend Developer (AI Trainer) – Freelancer to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on frontend engineering, UI development, and modern web technologies.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to frontend frameworks, responsive interfaces, component architecture, and user experience design, helping improve how AI models generate and reason about production-quality frontend solutions.
You will collaborate with global AI and engineering teams to assess the correctness, usability, and scalability of AI-generated code and design approaches. Your contributions will directly enhance AI systems used for coding assistance, web development, and software engineering workflows.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain, including UI implementations, component workflows, and frontend optimization strategies
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated frontend code and design responses
- Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research quality and consistency
- Diagnose and solve real-world frontend engineering challenges to improve AI reasoning capabilities
- Assess AI-generated solutions for responsiveness, accessibility, performance, and maintainability
- Identify bugs, inefficient implementations, design inconsistencies, or edge-case failures in AI-generated outputs and provide structured feedback
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI models focused on frontend development and user interface engineering
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and frontend architecture
- Experience with APIs, state management, and modern development workflows
- Familiarity with TypeScript, frontend testing, and performance optimization is preferred
- Ability to critically evaluate code quality, UI consistency, and user experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
