We are looking for an experienced Frontend Lead to join our team and lead the development of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead frontend development initiatives and drive technical excellence across projects.
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality frontend applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to frontend engineers.
- Define frontend architecture, best practices, and development standards.
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux (preferred) or other state management solutions.
- Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.
- Experience in developing native/mobile applications using technologies such as React Native, Flutter, or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with artifact management tools and practices.
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
