Job Description - Front Sales Senior Executive | US Market
- Identify, develop, acquire new clients in US Market independently.
- Solution-centric approach but also experienced in Staff Augmentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Drive end-to-end business development including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
- Develop sales strategies, targeted account penetration plans, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Track industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- History of achieving Annual Revenue Targets for last 3-4 Years, especially US Market.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in US Sales/Business Development working in IT Services, Engineering Services companies.
- Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clients.
- Excellent in communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment in multiple BU's.
- Strong network and established relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
- Experience in Inside Sales/ Lead Generation/ Business Development/ Enterprise Sales.
- Hands-on experience working with different sales Intelligence tools like Zoominfo / Salesforce
- Ability to understand the industries and core business processes, to identify problems faced.
- Ability to understand and describe how ACL Digital solutions can address the business issues that prospects are facing.
- Should be Techno Functional who can map technology to Business Processes.
- Dynamic, energetic, result oriented, with never give up attitude.
Qualification: BE / BTech in CS / EC / IT is Must, MBA / MTech is Plus
