Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Specialist based in Mumbai. The Front Office Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reception duties, handling phone inquiries with professionalism, and coordinating appointment scheduling. The role also involves assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Customer Service, Phone Etiquette, and Receptionist Duties
  • Experience with Appointment Scheduling and front desk operations
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask effectively and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using front office management software is preferred
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
