Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Front Office Specialist located in Faridabad. The Front Office Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day front office operations, including managing phone calls with professionalism, scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and performing receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and maintaining an organized and welcoming front office environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
  • Proven experience in providing excellent Customer Service
  • Ability to handle Receptionist Duties with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with basic office software and scheduling tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience
