Role Overview
The Receptionist Corporate Office will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients,
and stakeholders at Samruddhi World Office. The role requires a highly organized and
professional individual with prior corporate front-desk experience.
The candidate will manage executive schedules, handle communication, maintain records,
and provide administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Coordination
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business associates in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and record important
- communication.
- Maintain visitor logs and front-desk registers.
Executive Coordination
- Schedule and manage appointments for the Managing Director and senior executives.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Maintain calendar discipline and send meeting reminders.
Lead & Follow-Up Management
- Track and maintain lead generation sheets.
- Conduct follow-up calls as instructed by management.
- Maintain records of client interactions and status updates.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain corporate office records in structured formats.
- Manage filing systems (digital and physical).
- Ensure confidential handling of company information.
Administrative & Communication Support
- Draft and manage professional emails.
- Coordinate internal communications.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports when required.
Technical & Software Responsibilities
- UseAdvanced Microsoft Excelfor tracking data, maintaining reports, and updating sheets.
- Handle professional email correspondence effectively.
- Prepare and manage PowerPoint presentations (PPT) for meetings and reviews.
Mandatory Requirements
- The following position female candidates would be preferred.
- Minimum4 years of experience in the same field.
- Proficiency inAdvanced Microsoft Excel(formulas, data tracking, reporting).
- Strong command over professional email drafting and communication.
- Working knowledge ofPowerPoint presentations (PPT preparation and
- formatting).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and corporate decorum.

Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
