Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Receptionist role based in Bengaluru. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing the front desk, answering and routing phone calls, and responding to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Daily tasks include maintaining visitor logs, scheduling and coordinating appointments or meeting room bookings, and ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable. The role also involves handling incoming and outgoing mail or courier services, supporting basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations. The receptionist will serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and callers, representing Fortune One's brand and values through consistent, high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong front office and receptionist skills, including managing a reception desk, greeting visitors, and handling walk-in inquiries.
  • Proficient phone etiquette and ability to manage high volumes of incoming calls and route them accurately.
  • Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Basic administrative skills such as scheduling, record-keeping, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Comfort with using office software (email, calendars, basic spreadsheets, and word processing tools); familiarity with phone systems and visitor management tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, confidentiality, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a front office, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Minimum high school diploma

Timings - 9:30 - 6:30 pm

Working Days - Monday - Saturday
