Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Front Office Project Coordinator to manage front-desk operations while supporting project-related activities. The role involves coordination, communication, documentation, and assisting project teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front office operations including visitor handling, calls, and customer queries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and task follow-ups.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities.
  • Ensure proper communication between clients, management, and project teams.
  • Prepare meeting notes, follow-up emails, and daily task reports.
  • Support HR/admin tasks like scheduling interviews, maintaining registers, and handling basic office documentation.
  • Track project deadlines and alert teams about pending tasks.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • 02 years of experience in front office or coordination roles (freshers can apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Pleasant personality with customer-handling skills.
