We are looking for an organized and proactive Front Office Project Coordinator to manage front-desk operations while supporting project-related activities. The role involves coordination, communication, documentation, and assisting project teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage front office operations including visitor handling, calls, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and task follow-ups.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities.
- Ensure proper communication between clients, management, and project teams.
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-up emails, and daily task reports.
- Support HR/admin tasks like scheduling interviews, maintaining registers, and handling basic office documentation.
- Track project deadlines and alert teams about pending tasks.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- 02 years of experience in front office or coordination roles (freshers can apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
